Jay Z Announces Plans For Inauguration Concert

Rapper Jay-Z is set to team up with concert promoter Live Nation to play a special one-off concert to celebrate the American president elected Barack Obama inauguration in the White House. 99 Problems hit maker announced plans for an intimate performance in Washington, DC, January 19, the day before the Democrat is sworn in office.
